Situated along the 16th fairway of the Cougar Point Golf Course in the West Beach Village, this lovely, newly upgraded 4 bedroom villa on Kiawah Island is a wonderful spot to enjoy all the island has to offer. With incredible golf course views and an easy walking distance to the beach, we invite you to stay with us at 1381 Fairway Oaks for your next island beach or golf vacation!
The reverse floor-plan allows the property to make the most of the scenic views. Natural light through the large windows illuminates the open floor plan of the second-floor main living spaces. The upgraded kitchen is fully-equipped for making delicious meals and the large island, expansive dining table and sectional seating are all ideal for entertaining. A favorite spot, however, is the outdoor open patio deck to take in the sights and sounds of the island and watch golfers play by.
The primary suite with king bed and private bathroom are located on the second floor, while the three guest rooms, with queen, king and two twins respectively, are located on the lower first level of the home. The queen room has a private bath and the other two guest rooms share a jack-n-jill style bathroom. Each bedroom does have a TV and there is complimentary WiFi provided. There is also a washer/dryer for convenience. And better yet, the owner does allow a small dog with a non-refundable pet fee.

Summary: Great property. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, cold AC, ample seating for dining and lounging. Our group of 8 adults was happy with location- easy walk to beach, less than 20 min bike ride to Freshfields and Night Heron park. Would choose again.

Summary: My sisters and I celebrated a birthday for several days in this unit. Very nice end unit with many updates. Private balcony overlooking the golf course - we saw several deer (and luckily no alligators)! I have 2 recommendations for the owner: 1) It took us a bit of time to locate the beach access. We didn't find the info in the Dack app or in the info in the notebook provided. 2) Our group was aged 58 and up. We couldn't locate any instructions for working the televisions. As it turns out, it was great to be unplugged. All in all, a great experience and vacation. We will plan on returning in the future!

Summary: Great spot with convenient access to the beach with just a few minutes walk! Great to have 4 beds and 3 full baths and a good living and kitchen space to use with our group. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We loved this condo. Perfect size for a family of 6 with adult kids! The walk to the beach was easy and the area was lovely. This is our 3rd trip to Kiawah, and we’d stay here again! Such a comfy family room, clean throughout, lots of nice chairs for the beach, plenty of kitchen essentials and plenty of room for all the kids to have their own bed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Summary: Back porch needs painted badly and a splinter is bound to happen. Poorly taken care of. Things in the rental unit were very worn and used. The shower upstairs shook and rattled the pipes of whole house when turned on. Been staying in Kiawah for years. Definitely the most unsatisfactory unit I’ve ever rented there.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean and large enough for our family to have personal space and gather as well. The kitchen had all the needed dishes, pots, pans and silverware. Parking was not a problem. The area was quite. My questions in advance were answered quickly. The location to the beach was excellent and a short 5 min walk.
